AI Solution Architect

The AI Solution Architect will lead the end-to-end design of enterprise AI solutions, defining architecture standards, governanceframeworks, integration patterns, and agentic AI strategies across Microsoft and Azure ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
Define enterprise architecture for Microsoft Copilot and Agentic AI solutions.
Design scalable multi-agent architectures using Copilot Studio and Azure AI services.
Establish integration patterns between Microsoft Copilot ecosystem and Workday.
Design MCP and A2A communication frameworks for collaborative AI agents.
Define AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI controls.
Lead technical discovery workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
Provide architectural oversight throughout solution delivery.
Support knowledge transfer, solution adoption, and operational readiness.
Collaborate with enterprise architects, security teams, and product owners. Required Skills & Experience Essential

Strong understanding of:
Multi-Agent Architectures
MCP (Model Context Protocol)
A2A (Agent-to-Agent) Communication
RAG Architectures
Enterprise AI Governance
Experience integrating AI solutions with Workday.
Experience defining AI operating models and governance frameworks.
Ability to engage with senior business and technology stakeholders.
Strong consulting and customer-facing skills. Desirable
Banking or Financial Services experience.
Microsoft AI certifications.
