The Opportunity:
Europe’s #1 Integrated Defence Company seeks a talented Algorithm Engineer to support RF Seeker programmes, including Future Cruise Anti-Ship Weapon (FC/ASW) and Meteor.

The Role:
This opportunity stands out for its potential for innovation and technical growth through AI and machine learning.

You'll work with a team of experts to develop and integrate algorithms within advanced Seeker models while conducting studies to identify deficiencies, recommend future improvements, and contribute to developing Active Electronically Scanned Arrays (AESA) and highly integrated multi-mode sensors.

Required Skills/Experience:
British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship.
Developing algorithms and conducting data analysis
Planning and executing investigations to inform systems design
Modelling and coding, with significant experience in MATLAB and Simulink
Understanding RF systems and digital signal processing
Writing technical reports
Forming hypotheses and designing methods to test them
Utilising machine learning and AI

Benefits Package:
Base salary:

Up to £65,000 (DoE)
Annual Bonus:

Circa £2,500
Overtime:

Optional paid overtime - flat rate (1.25)

Up to 15 additional days

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Pension:

Pension 14% (6% Employee and 8% Employer)
Share Incentive Plan:

Sick Pay:
