Equal Education Partners is seeking a passionate and dedicated English-speaking ALN (Additional Learning Needs) Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team.

This supply role will involve working across a range of our respected partner schools in the Carmarthenshire, Swansea and Neath Port Talbot area. We work closely with schools throughout the region to deliver high-quality support and can offer both short-term and long-term placements to suit your availability and preferences.

What We’re Looking For:

To join us as an ALN Teaching Assistant with Equal Education Partners, you should:

✅ Have experience working with children with additional learning needs (ALN)
✅ Hold a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
✅ Have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to process a new one
✅ Be eligible to work in the UK
✅ Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Be committed to safeguarding and supporting the well-being of children
