This role is ideal for someone who is patient, adaptable, and passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of pupils who face barriers to learning. You’ll be joining a supportive school community where inclusive education is at the heart of everything they do.

🧠 What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs (ALN), including learning difficulties, ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
• Providing one-to-one or small group support, tailored to individual needs
• Assisting the classroom teacher in managing behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and progress in every learner
• Working collaboratively with teaching staff, ALNCOs, and external professionals
• Upholding the highest standards of safeguarding and pupil wellbeing

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Experience supporting children or young people with additional learning needs
• A calm, caring and flexible approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness for us to process one)
• Right to work in the UK and currently based here
