If you are currently a teacher with QTS or member of SLT, looking to take the next step in your career into a Head of Centre role in a vibrant and growing Alternative Provision for children with SEMH needs, this could be the role for you!

The Job…

Working in an expanding provision for Secondary pupils with SEMH needs and EHCPs, your role will be a strategic one; leading a staff team, leading operational management of the school, and supporting the staff and teaching team in strategic development and expansion of the centre.

You'll Be…

Experienced working with children with SEMH Needs
Responsible for managing communication across the school staff team
Able to ensure adherence to all policies and procedures
Holding QTS
Ideally working towards or in possession of NPQH
Confident managing staff and resources
Responsible for monitoring progress towards the school's objectives
