Job Description - Amazon account director

This is an exciting new role to join a growing Amazon agency - Etopia Consultancy.

UK Candidates only Amazon Agency experience essential WHAT YOU'LL DO You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of consumer goods clients, strategizing with the clients to create bespoke Amazon account plans, delivering against these whilst acting as an extension of their business.

You will have a strong working knowledge of Amazon's systems across Vendor and Seller Central and an intimate understanding of how to interface with Amazon across the board.

You will create strategical roadmaps of driving growth through the Amazon channel.

WHO YOU ARE: This role is suitable for someone that is in a Senior Account Manager / Director role.

Amazon Agency experience **Essential** (retail) 3 year+ of experience in Amazon retail - essential Proven track record of delivering revenue results and significantly contributing to customer success Ownership of driving Amazon and e Commerce strategically for multiple brands Managing direct relationship with decision makers Management of promotional calendars to drive sales at key periods Weekly external sales reporting Working with the marketing team to align goals and maximise sales Strong inter-personal, team-working skills with experience developing customer relationships and influencing key decision-makers Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) Degree-qualified (or equivalent) Confident, tenacious, and proactive Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise, to succeed in a fast-paced, ever-changing business Passion for always learning and developing new skills Willing to travel to customer offices WHO WE ARE Etopia was launched in 2019 with the clear objective to help brands manage and grow their Amazon business strategically.
