About the Role
In this important position, you will be part of our Ongoing Monitoring Team, which is responsible for maintaining and reviewing the accuracy and integrity of our client records.
The team's main objective is to ensure that client due diligence information is current, complete, and compliant with our obligations under Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) regulations.
Key responsibilities include:

• 
  Reviewing and evaluating the risk profile of existing clients and identifying any changes
• 
  Collaborating with Partners to address client due diligence matters
• 
  Conducting company and media searches
• 
  Supporting the Deputy Money Laundering Officer with the coordination of AML-related tasks and client verification matters
• 
  Assisting the AML team with research initiatives and ensuring ongoing compliance with relevant regulations

About You

  Degree-educated and/or certified in KYC or compliance, with experience in a professional services setting
• 
  Strong understanding of the Money Laundering Regulations 2017 and the EU's 5th Anti-Money Laundering Directive
• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• 
  Skilled in research, analysis, and decision-making
• 
  Practical, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• 
  Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• 
  Strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• 
  Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal
• 
  Collaborative and proactive, with the ability to work independently when required
