AML Client On-Boarding Analyst

We are working with a top 100 UK law firm-based Colchester and Chelmsford and are looking hire an AML Client On-Boarding Analyst

Hybrid working on offer.

No legal sector experience needed as training is on offer.

The responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for risk and compliance enquiries, escalating where needed
• Responding to and reviewing first-line GDPR breaches and AML queries
• Supporting client onboarding processes, including PEP and sanctions checks
• Monitoring and reporting on internal risk registers and compliance systems
• Providing admin support for external audits and maintaining relevant certifications
• Managing the team’s diary, coordinating meetings, and tracking follow-ups
• Assisting with file audits and compiling documentation to support investigations

Experience Needed

• Proven experience in client onboarding, CDD, and AML.
• Strong understanding of CDD and AML procedures
• Excellent client care skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
