Anaesthetic Practitioner (RGN/ODP)

Are you an Anaesthetic Practitioner (RGN/ODP) and are you seeking a new challenge in West Sussex? If so, we want to hear from you! Stroud Resourcing is looking for an enthusiastic Anaesthetic Nurse/Practitioner to join a friendly, patient-centric private hospital. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, although condensed hours working across 4 days and part-time hours will be considered for the right individual. The role comes with a generous salary of £42,000 per annum and an excellent benefits package.

They offer a variety of plastic, orthopaedic, max fax and ophthalmic services across their 4 theatres, and regularly invest in their people and equipment to improve their services. You can expect great mandatory training and support with further external leadership training.

In this Anaesthetic Practitioner role, you can expect to:

Provide an effective and efficient service whilst ensuring optimum patient care. The post requires good communication skills and a desire to achieve the best outcome.
Support with the day-to-day management of the department and mentor junior members of the team to support with their development!To apply for this Anaesthetic Practitioner role, you must be a qualified RGN (with current NMC registration) or ODP (with current HCPC registration) with previous experience working within a hospital theatre department within Anaesthetics.
