  • Prepare high‑quality marketing materials, pitchbooks, investment memoranda and board‑level analyses.

  • Assist in the development of new client relationships through sector insights, market updates and tailored strategic ideas.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking individuals who demonstrate strong technical capability, sector enthusiasm and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Direct experience in Energy, Power & Utilities, Natural Resources, Renewables, or Energy Transition is essential.
  • Strong transaction exposure (M&A execution required; capital markets experience beneficial).
  • Excellent financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple workstreams and deliver flawlessly.
  • Outstanding communication skills and professionalism when working with external stakeholders.
  • A proactive, detail‑driven and team‑oriented approach.

Why Join?

  • Exposure to high‑profile, complex and cross‑border M&A transactions.
  • Opportunity to work within a highly reputable platform with strong deal flow in the energy sector.
  • Clear development trajectory and access to senior leadership.
  • Collaborative team culture and strong emphasis on professional growth.
