Their insights are as likely to apply to product innovation as they are to distribution, pricing or promotion! Clients range from the beauty sector to food and drink, FS, and tech companies.

About the role

As an Analyst:
Draw on a variety of data sets to understand consumer behaviour, their needs, wants with the aim of unearthing actionable insights to inform strategy and creative outputs
Work with brandwatch - google keyboard planner, reviews++, GWI, Mintel and more
Work with multiple data sets, social, search, sales and CRM
Identify themes and trends in data, regarding consumer behaviour and then translate these into actionable insights that will help answer clients' business challenges
Work on multiple projects at any one time - fast paced environment

The ideal candidate

Requirements
2+ years of experience working with Brandwatch or other equivalent social listening tools
Fluent in French, and high standard of written and spoken English
Previous experience with: social media management or data analytics, marketing, market/consumer research, brand strategy, innovation would be beneficial!
Inclined to think critically and laterally
A proactive and creative problem solver
Inquisitive and curious about human and brand behaviour
Keen to take on demanding challenges
Prone to thinking strategically
Digitally literate and interested in social media
