Analyst, Syndicate & Sales / Loan Distribution

A prestigious European Bank is seeking a dynamic team player to join its Asset Finance team.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Supporting the distribution and execution of asset finance transactions (project and transport finance) across primary and secondary loan markets
2. Collaborating with origination teams on transactions structuring
3. Assisting in the assessment of marketability and liquidity of the transaction, including preparation of syndication opinion in support of the credit application process
4. Contributing to internal pricing analysis and distribution strategy discussions
5. Maintaining transaction pipeline tracking and internal reporting
6. Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials
7. Supporting customer due diligence and on-boarding processes

Your experience must include:

1. Proven experience in Syndicate & Sales / Loan Distribution is essential
2. Solid understanding of loan structures and distribution dynamics
3. Strong analysis skills gained within banking covering either project finance, infrastructure or transport finance
4. Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
5. Strong IT skills and familiarity with syndication related platforms e.g. Debtdomain

This role will be working hybrid - 2 days a week in the London office and 3 days remotely.
