Walker Cole International is currently working with an exciting biotech focused on advancing viral vector-based gene therapies, this is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a growing team at the forefront of next-generation therapeutic development.

In this role as Analytical Scientist, you’ll:

• Develop and run analytical assays for viral vector characterisation.
• Support detailed analysis of purity and stability.
• Apply biophysical techniques for binding and interaction studies.
• Analyse and interpret data, troubleshoot assays, and provide clear insights to project teams.
• Maintain high-quality documentation in line with GLP standards.
• Support method transfers and scale-up alongside process and manufacturing teams.

To be succesful in the role as analytical scientist, you'll need:

• Hands-on HPLC experience in viral vector or biologics environments.
• Familiarity with BLI (Octet), SPR, or other binding assays.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of GLP and regulatory documentation practices.
• A collaborative communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams.
