Analytics Lead - Digital Agency | £45-55k | Hybrid (3 Days in London Office)

We're looking for an experienced Analytics Lead to join a fast-paced, creative digital agency based in London . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of analytics strategy across a diverse range of digital clients in sectors like hospitality, travel, and entertainment.

The Role:

• Own and lead analytics across multiple client projects

• Manage tracking, tagging, and dashboard reporting (GTM, GA4, Looker Studio)

• Provide actionable insights that drive business and marketing decisions

• Collaborate closely with internal performance, paid media, and creative teams

• Line manage one offshore analytics specialist

• Roughly 75% hands-on technical / 25% client-facing

About You:

• Strong experience in digital analytics (GTM, GA4, Looker Studio essential)

• Confident communicator with client-facing experience

• Comfortable working autonomously and leading on strategy

• Ready to step into a leadership role and drive analytics forward

Salary: £45,000-£55,000
