Annual Reports Administrator - Pension Administration
Location: Leicester
Salary: £25,000
Full-Time | Permanent | Office-Based/Hybrid Options

NJR Recruitment is proud to be working with a respected and specialist pension services provider, now looking to appoint an Annual Reports Administrator to join their established team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of pensions to play a vital role in client reporting and regulatory compliance.

About the Role:

As an Annual Reports Administrator, you will be responsible for producing and issuing detailed annual reports for SIPP and SSAS clients, including statutory illustrations. The role involves regular reporting, database updates, and working collaboratively with clients, advisers, and third parties to ensure accurate and timely pension information delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare annual valuation packs for SIPP and SSAS clients, including Statutory Money Purchase Illustrations (SMPI)
  • Maintain and update client records and internal databases (OMNI system)
  • Run and reconcile daily and monthly financial reports
  • Monitor workflow, manage priorities, and ensure compliance with service standards
  • Assist with regulatory reporting, such as Wake Up Packs, cash warnings, rent reviews, and capped drawdown checks
  • Communicate professionally with clients, advisers, HMRC, and pension providers
  • Stay up to date with pension legislation, FCA/FSCS regulations, and internal compliance requirements
  • Maintain internal logs, such as complaints, inducements, and training records
  • Collaborate with the wider administration and client services team

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in pension administration or financial services reporting
  • Strong understanding of SIPP and SSAS schemes (desirable)
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations, SMPI requirements, and TCF principles
  • Comfortable using internal systems (OMNI or similar platforms)
  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines in a regulated environment
