AOG Operator

Right Now Group is partnering with a leading specialist in time-critical aerospace logistics. Our client is seeking an Aerospace Logistics Coordinator (AOG) to join their dynamic customer service and operations team. This role focuses on Aircraft on Ground (AOG) operations, ensuring the swift and efficient movement of urgent shipments, primarily handling exports but also involved in imports.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in time-critical logistics, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.

• Oversee and manage time-critical AOG shipments, ensuring efficient and timely deliveries for both exports and imports.

• Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, delivering exceptional customer service.

• Continuously refine and implement operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational challenges and streamline workflows.

• Monitor logistics data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance service levels.

• Provide real-time updates to customers, proactively addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

• Drive customer satisfaction through continuous feedback and process enhancements.

• Proven experience in AOG operations and time-critical logistics, with expertise in exports and imports.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.

• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.

• Competitive salary of up to £38,000-£41,000 per annum.

• Structured 4 on 4 OFF , 07:00 - 19:00 shift pattern.
