Application & Portfolio Technologist, Global SR (Sugar Reduction)

Working closely with the Portfolio & Application Director and our Sugar Reduction Innovation and Commercial teams, you will assist in the development, introduction, validation, and refinement of sugar reduction solutions. Contribute to global portfolio initiatives centered on the sugar reduction solutions lifecycle, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and aligned with business goals. This position includes project-based portfolio activities such as systematic review/refinement of global sugar reduction portfolio and support to regional/customer product portfolios to renew and update available solutions to ensure they answer current business needs and challenges. . Key support to raw material & product introduction, as well as product renovation, in internal systems and processes, ensuring flawless execution. Create & document go-to procedures and systems. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sourcing, quality, and production, to support the renovation and improvement of existing sugar reduction solutions together with the optimal framework to facilitate internal management and go-to market. Assist in the creation and refinement of product formulations to demonstrate the effectiveness of sugar reduction solutions in various food matrices. Perform hands-on lab work, including application, testing, and optimization of sugar reduction applications across different product categories. Participate in sensory and stability evaluations to ensure product quality and consumer acceptance. Support the training and development of peers and stakeholders on the ways of working, benefits and applications of sugar reduction and taste modulation solutions. Document and communicate project progress, results, and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Prepare reports and presentations to effectively convey technical findings and project outcomes.
