Job Purpose
As an Application Support Analyst, you will:
Support both existing and future applications.
Analyse and configure applications to ensure they function as desired.
Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to understand intricate system configurations.
Work independently and collaboratively with a team, adopting an analytical approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Application Support:

Understand and troubleshoot system configurations, conduct system testing, and resolve issues.
Business Analysis:

Analyse business processes, identify requirements, and translate them into system specifications.
System Implementation:

Support project implementation, including planning, coordination, testing, and deployment.
Project Management:

Manage system implementation projects, allocate resources, manage timelines, and mitigate risks.
Technical Knowledge:

Demonstrate a solid understanding of CRM, databases, and integration tools within business systems.
Data Analysis:

Analyse system data, generate reports, and provide insights for decision-making and process improvements.
Essential Skills
Experience in application support, including system configuration and problem resolution.
Strong business analysis skills to identify and translate requirements into system specifications.
Proven experience in supporting system implementation projects.
Effective project management skills, including resource allocation and risk mitigation.
Technical knowledge of CRM, databases, and integration tools.
Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
