Application Support Analyst – Liverpool/Hybrid - £38,205 - £44,264.
We are working with our Liverpool based client, an organisation of international repute with a unique user base of over 30,000. They are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their Identity Access Management (IAM) Team.
You will work closely with the IAM Technical Lead playing a key role in implementing, develop, managing and maintaining industry related systems, with primary focus on their new IAM platform, SailPoint.
The Application Support Analyst will work within a multi-disciplined team within the IT Services, with responsibility for developing and maintaining systems, primarily focusing on the new Identity Access Management system.
As well as proven experience working within Application Support, you will also have experience working with Active Directory and PowerShell. This organisation value learning and development and with this role you get the fantastic opportunity of being training on the SailPoint system, which is a very niche platform with the Identity Management area.

Key Responsibilities
Work as part of a team to implement, develop, support and maintain their IdM system.
Facilitate the patching and testing of the Identity Now instances and periodic major upgrades and security fixes.
Develop and maintain system test plans and assist in the development of automated testing as part of the development cycle of new features for use after upgrades and patches.
