Job Description - Application Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Technical Application Support Specialist to join a fast -growing software company serving the restaurant retail sector. This role involves supporting integrations with third -party delivery platforms (UberEats, Just Eat, Glovo), POS systems (NCR, Oracle), and proprietary online ordering solutions like click & collect, kiosks, and drive -thru.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure complex application and menu integrations across delivery platforms, POS, and internal systems ensuring seamless client experience

  • Own technical incident management: troubleshoot, log, update clients, escalate, and engage vendors or development teams as needed

  • Develop and deliver professional end -user training, including supporting materials; provide technical guidance to staff

  • Draft and distribute support communications to stakeholders; maintain technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and assist in problem and change management processes

  • Test product configurations and collaborate with development teams for enhancements and rollouts

  • Automate repetitive tasks, implement process improvements, and respond to user feedback to enhance customer experience

  • Provide exceptional customer service through chat and email, collaborating closely with account managers and multiple stakeholders daily

Essential Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English

  • Analytical thinker and problem solver, capable of working independently and within teams

  • Reliable, methodical, and deadline -driven
