Key Responsibilities:
Assist in specifying, delivering, and supporting the key application stack.
Take ownership of application support within the Group, handling escalations and working directly with vendors.
Collaborate with management to understand and fulfill application requirements, working alongside vendors or internal developers.
Provide critical support for rolling out the Group MRP solution across the organization.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in application support with a strong technical background.
Excellent communication skills.
Leadership potential, with the ability to expand and manage a growing team.
