Applications engineer

As an Applications Engineer, you will be the primary technical point of contact for customers, working closely with the Sales and Business Development teams. Your technical expertise will support pre-sales efforts, help evaluate RFQs, and guide clients toward effective manufacturing solutions.

• Provide technical and pre-sales support for customers in the manufacturing industry.
• Act as a trusted technical consultant, understanding client requirements and offering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Management to assess pricing and margin models on customer RFQs.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to offer on-site support and advice (approx. 25% travel).

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a technical support or sales role within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software tools.
