Applications Support Analyst - ERP

Prestigious opportunity with a Global Market leader for an Applications/Systems Support Analyst with ERP knowledge. Following a period of significant growth, we are inviting you to join our success story as we continue with our digital transformation, enhancing existing systems and rolling out new systems to improve business processes and profitability.

As one of our Applications/Systems Support Analysts, you will be responsible for:-

• Developing and maintaining a sound working knowledge of applications, business systems and processes
• Working with systems vendors and systems analyst colleagues to support the end user base with application issues (Finance, HR, ERP, SAP, WMS etc)
• Administering processes, e.g. access control, change management
• Participating in testing new software releases
• Assisting with master data management
• Working with the Business Systems team on the projects to roll out new systems

If you possess a combination of some of the following skills, then LETS TALK!

• Previous experience supporting applications and business systems
• Experience with/knowledge of ERP, HR, Finance or Supply Chain applications
• Familiarity with manufacturing would be advantageous but not essential.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of complex information and requirements.
• Confidence in decision-making
• Good communication skills
• Multiple sites or international experience is an advantage.
