Location: Redditch, Worcestershire
Salary: Apprenticeship wage (in line with national guidelines)
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Fixed Term (with potential for permanent placement)
Are you ready to take the first step in your career and develop valuable workplace skills? We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Administrator to join our friendly team in Redditch.
As an Apprentice Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our office operations. This is an excellent opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment while working towards a recognised qualification in Business Administration.
Key Responsibilities:

• Providing general administrative support to the team
• Answering phone calls and handling emails professionally to customers regarding their ordersa nd deliveries
• Filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records
• Checking stock levels
• Raising orders
• Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
• Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths, Grade 4/C or above (preferred)
