Apprentice Electrician (Part Qualified)

We have a great opportunity available for a part qualified Apprentice Electrician to join a company on a permanent basis, with a busy regional M&E Contractor and have the opportunity to learn and progress in your career.

Firstly this will be working on contracts within Social Housing tenanted properties conducting basic electrical duties (reconnecting cylinders within the property) on a contract near to Blackpool. After this contract is complete, the company have several contracts in the Wakefield, Manchester and Stockport areas (a van will be provided), this will involve labouring on Solar PV installation schemes.

You will be working in both tenanted and void properties, working on a variety of planned and reactive maintenance jobs.

Duties will include:

Carrying out Electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations within domestic, social housing properties.
Ensuring all administration related to repairs is complete.The ideal candidate will have:

Full UK Driving License
Related Electrical NVQ Level 2
A good level of IT literacy.
An understanding of Health and Safety Regulations within the workplace.
