Apprentice Mortgage Administrator

CT Skills is excited to offer an Apprenticeship with a family run mortgage and protection advice service based in Nottingham.
This is an exciting opportunity for you gain a Business Admin Level 3 qualification. You will be joining a company that is experienced in supporting apprentices, so you are in very safe hands! If you have a passion for Finance, this will be perfect for you as there is a real opportunity to get the training and become fully qualified.
Youll work towards your Level 3 Business Admin qualification, have

1-2-1 Monthly Sessions(via Teams)with your Tutor, and spend

6 hours a week on apprenticeship work e.g., assignments, study, training etc.
Day to day, you will:
Complete Finance applications online on behalf of Mortgage Advisors.
Input various information on to an in-house CRM system.
Contact clients via phone and email.
Chase documentation, to include forms of ID, proof of address, copies of bank statements, payslips etc. often to deadlines, under pressure.
Filing, scanning, and photocopying.
Opportunity to expand duties into marketing for additional experience.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
£12,740 per year
Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5pm
