Our apprenticeship programme is open to anyone who is keen to begin a rewarding and exciting career – from school leavers and job seekers to anyone wanting a fresh challenge or looking to return to work after a career break. This apprenticeship requires you to be over 18 years old with a full UK manual driving licence as of 31st August 2024.

You will receive an update on your application in June and whether you have been shortlisted to the assessment day.

Responsibilities

• You will work under supervision to acquire a nationally recognised qualification, ongoing skills and knowledge from tradespersons on sites and at colleges
• Remove, replace, install, test, repair or renew a wide range of products on all interior and exterior works appropriate to a specific trade
• Use hand or power tools as appropriate to the job and specific training
• Learn and undertake associated skills to complement trade and business requirements
• Carry out any other appropriate tasks as instructed by mentors, team leaders, site managers or managers
• Comply with health and safety requirements, safety legislation and understand the effects of the legislation with regards to the work environment and your particular trade
• Know, understand and conform with the regulations associated with your particular trade
• Attend college, all learning and development events and complete online learning when requested and within any deadlines set
  
  

• This is an application for a first year Apprenticeship. Unfortunately, we cannot accept applications from people already in an existing apprenticeship programme
• We welcome applications from people of all ages, backgrounds and especially those from underrepresented groups. (Our only stipulation is that you must be at least 18 years of age as of the 31st August 2024)
• Full UK manual driving licence
• You must meet a minimum level of numeracy and literacy qualifications

• Year 1 - £11.44 p/h which equates to annual salary of £22,071
• Year 2 - £12 p/h which equates to annual salary of £23,151
