The position would suit (but is not limited to) an individual who has experience and a passion for new and developing Technologies used in the agricultural or turf industries and our products. Reporting to the Branch Training Manager the successful candidate will be an integral part of our training team as well as getting visibility and knowledge of the wider John Deere business. We are looking for someone who is wanting to grow and develop new knowledge and skills, someone who can support our dealer channel partners and their teams, with a passion for growing the technical skills and competencies of others. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our technical training team, as well as developing visibility and knowledge of the wider John Deere business. You will be supported with, and receive training on the skills necessary to plan, create and deliver relevant and inspiring training to our ever-growing dealer network. 

Responsibilities 

What is required from you: 

• Passion for learning and the desire to challenge yourself 

• Ability to communicate, influence and work with others to deliver aims and objectives 

• Self-motivation to drive forward your own learning and development 

• Willingness to travel when required 

• A good working knowledge of the MS Office software suite. 

• Support training team with set up and delivery. 

• Drive training quality 

• Actively seek new opportunities to enhance the learning experience 

• Integrate with other areas of the business to develop skills and assist 

• Deliver training courses internally and to channel partners
