This 18-24 month apprenticeship is ideal for someone with a bit of office experience who's eager to gain hands-on exposure in a fast-paced legal setting. With full training provided and the potential to secure a permanent role, this is your chance to take the first step into the legal profession.

As the first point of contact for new clients, you'll be instrumental in creating a positive and professional first impression. Working closely with fee earners, you'll help onboard clients and ensure their cases get off to a smooth start.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Contacting new client leads and conducting initial questionnaires
• Explaining the claims process and gathering key information
• Accurately entering client details into the case management system
• Ensuring documentation is completed and processed efficiently
• Liaising with fee earners to transition new files seamlessly

As you grow in the role, there's potential to expand into broader legal administrative duties based on your performance and interests.

We're seeking a motivated individual who is:

• Friendly, confident, and professional in both phone and written communication
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Interested in pursuing a career in law or legal services
• Comfortable using IT systems and learning new software
• A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude

Experience in administration, customer service, or a legal setting is a plus-but not essential. If you've recently completed your A levels and have some office experience, we'd love to hear from you.
