If so, our client is looking for a highly motivated Apprenticeship Administrator to join their Early Careers team based in Warwick for a 6-month contract!
Contract Length: 6 months initially Daily Rate: Up to £300 Location: Warwick (Hybrid Working) (typically 2 days onsite per week, with flexibility during busy periods).
About the Role As an Apprenticeship Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the lifecycle of approximately 60 apprentices across various programmes. This isn't just an admin role; it's a chance to make a real impact by supporting programme delivery, coordinating exciting events, and facilitating recruitment activities.
What You'll Do:
Apprenticeship Programme Support: - Track reviews and deadlines, coordinate placement rotations, and monitor learning journeys. - Chase managers and apprentices for documentation to ensure all deliverables are completed on time. - Maintain accurate programme records and administration.
Events & Programme Projects: - Lead logistics for Early Careers events, including Summer Connect and Winter team-building events. - Manage event planning, speaker coordination, venue arrangements, and attendee bookings.
Recruitment Support: - Assist the Early Careers Recruitment Lead with assessment centre administration, candidate management, and interview scheduling. - Coordinate internal and external recruitment events, including university careers fairs.
Who We're Looking For:
Previous experience in Early Careers, including recruitment, apprenticeships, or talent development. Strong administration and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable chasing actions to drive task completion.
