About the Job
As an Apprenticeship Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be driving regional market growth and expanding corporate B2B partnerships. You will operate consultatively to align apprenticeship training standards with the strategic talent needs of both Levy-paying organizations and ambitious SMEs.
Your daily responsibilities will include:

Proactively identifying, market mapping, and securing new business pipelines within your regional city territory.

Pitching, presenting, and negotiating high-value workforce solutions directly with HR Directors, L&D Managers, and C-suite executives.

Guiding employer partners seamlessly through the mechanics of the Apprenticeship Levy, funding rules, and available government incentives.

Nurturing existing corporate accounts to maximize cohort sizes and unlock cross-sector upselling opportunities.
