An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprenticeship Coordinator to join our Leadership & Organisational Development team at Hampshire County Council.

We are looking for an energetic, relationship‑driven Apprenticeship Coordinator to join Hampshire County Council on a fixed‑term basis (up to 12 months) to cover maternity leave. Working closely with the Apprenticeship Manager and wider team, you will help develop, coordinate, and promote our apprenticeship offer across the Council and schools - supporting our workforce strategy and optimising the impact of our Apprenticeship Levy. You will be part of a service guided by our vision - Serving the people of Hampshire, with purpose and pride, to improve your lives today and for tomorrow - and our values of Professionalism, Working as one organisation, Integrity and Respect, Making a Difference, and Continuous Improvement.
You are a confident, highly competent professional who engages people and makes things happen. You will bring:
Desirable: a relevant qualification or higher apprenticeship (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration, Customer Service); local authority procurement/contract management experience; and experience of apprenticeship programme delivery, assessment, or quality assurance.
