Do you want to come away from the classroom into a co-ordination role where you play a key role in apprenticeship delivery?

As Engineering Curriculum Design Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and refining our portfolio of engineering apprenticeships to ensure they are up to date, comprehensive, and aligned with the latest industry standards.

You will work closely with stakeholders to update, enhance, and streamline these programs in line with the Skills for England and relevant standards and guidelines.

The ideal candidate will be in FE or working for a private training provider where you have a firm understanding of the engineering apprenticeship program.

This is a great role for someone who is a teacher, lecturer, assessor or trainer from FE or a private training company who wants to come away from trenching into a role where you really make a difference to the apprentices education.

The role:
*Daily management and producing of the centres teaching timetable and resource allocation
* Working closely with our instructors to establish current teaching methods
*Coordinating with the examination bodies to understand the full requirements of the standards and ensure these are implemented in to our curriculum
*Re-designing our course delivery (classroom taught and digital (eLearning) courses)
*Supporting the team with the roll out of new programmes

The person:
*Come from an education background.
*Have worked In engineering teaching
*Familiar with how apprenticeship run
