Apprenticeship Delivery Manager

Do you have a strong passion for supporting SEN learners. Are you an experienced leader with a proven track record of managing teams that support vulnerable individuals within apprenticeship, internship or traineeship programs? If so, you could be the ideal candidate to lead a team of enthusiastic tutors and job coaches keen on doing their best to help SEN Learners aged 18-24 on work placements and into full time employment.
You would be working for a charity based in Islington who genuinely put the learners first with a team who are determined to deliver for them. Your key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that the programme is delivered to the agreed curriculum.
• Training and developing of your team.
• Ensuring all records are kept up to date and accurate.
• Being hands on around the service supporting learners.
• Handling complex situations and needs.
• Ensuring targets are met.
• Building positive relationships with families, employers and other key stakeholders.
