With a people-focused, inclusive culture and a strong commitment to supporting education professionals, they have grown rapidly across both the UK and international markets. ________________________________________ The Role Reporting to the Head of Apprenticeships Operations, the Apprenticeship Enrolment Manager will help drive the results and continuous improvement of our client’s apprenticeship enrolment team. We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual with experience in the Apprenticeship sector to lead and support the enrolment team, driving them to meet sales and conversion targets while ensuring full adherence to funding rules, programme criteria, and compliance standards. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Lead the Apprenticeship Enrolment Team to meet conversion and performance targets • Assist Coordinators in the smooth enrolment of learners onto apprenticeship programmes • Ensure learner eligibility and collect/verify all required documentation • Maintain compliance with ESFA funding rules and internal quality standards • Audit enrolment processes and ensure consistent compliance • Manage and monitor application pipelines to improve learner retention • Resolve issues that may impact application completion and onboarding • Coordinate and support learners’ First Day of Learning • Collaborate with internal curriculum and eLearning teams • Oversee learner allocation and information handover to delivery teams • Line manage Senior Coordinators and support their development • Monitor team KPIs and produce reports on key metrics including retention, quality, destinations, and satisfaction ________________________________________ Person Specification Essential Qualifications & Skills • Experience within the apprenticeship or further education sector • Previous experience of managing learner enrolment programmes • Target-driven, with a proven track record of performance management • Strong leadership and decision-making skills • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities • Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise tasks under pressure • Tech-savvy, with high competency in Microsoft Office and Teams • Detail-oriented, accurate, and results-focused Desirable • Evidence of continued professional development • Understanding of the wider education and skills landscape • Creative, solution-focused mindset ________________________________________
