Apprenticeship Manager

Do you enjoy building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders? Have you got a strong knowledge of apprenticeships and are looking to take the next step? We're currently working with a fantastic college in London who are looking to recruit their next Apprenticeships Manager.

Our next Apprenticeships Manager will be responsible for:

• Work with the wider Apprenticeships & Skills team to develop and implement recruitment and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with employers to design and deliver training plans.
• Ensure standardisation and verification of assessment processes, liaising with External Verifiers.

To become our next Apprenticeship Manager, you will need:

• Experience of delivering apprenticeships and an understanding of Work-Based Learning programmes.
• Knowledge and experience of implementing quality improvements.
• Level 5 Teaching Qualification.

Salary: Up to £50,000
