Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Approved Electrician to join our electrical division on a permanent basis, with an immediate start available. The role covers a diverse range of electrical installation, maintenance, and testing work across commercial and industrial environments.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician who takes pride in their work and is looking to join a progressive and supportive company with long-term prospects.

Responsibilities

* Carrying out electrical installation, maintenance, and testing to current IET Wiring Regulations.

* Diagnosing and rectifying faults in a timely and professional manner.

* Interpreting and working from electrical drawings and technical specifications.

* Working across a variety of sites including FMCG and industrial settings.

* Ensuring all work complies with relevant regulations and site health & safety requirements.

* Completing all required documentation and certification accurately.

* Communicating effectively with clients, site managers, and other trades.

Requirements

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.

* City & Guilds 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).

* City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent

* Proven experience in commercial and industrial electrical installations.

* Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Full UK driving licence.

Desirable:

* Experience working within the FMCG sector.

* SSSTS or SMSTS qualifications.

* Domestic and Small Commercial EV Charging (2921-34 / 2919-01)
