Teaching Personnel are working with a welcoming primary school in the Falmouth / Penryn area to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their specialist Additionally Resourced Base (ARB).

The role is available on a full-time basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent school position for the right candidate.

About the Role
You will be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, which may include:
Autism (ASC) Communication and interaction needs Speech and language difficulties Social, emotional and sensory needs Your responsibilities may include:
Providing 1:1 and small-group support Encouraging engagement in learning activities Supporting emotional regulation and classroom routines Promoting independence and confidence Assisting pupils with transitions and social interactions Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and support staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
