Arboricultural Consultant Are you an Arboriculture Consultant seeking your next role? If so, this just might be the position for! We’re seeking a Arboricultural Consultant to join our client, on a hybrid working basis.

The purpose of the Arboricultural Consultant will be to support clients in navigating their way through an everchanging legislative landscape.

The Senior Ecologist / Ecological Consultant will focus on safeguarding the environment; enhancing biodiversity, and combatting climate challenges.

You will also use prior commercial experience, as well as prior knowledge of habitat and species protection management to oversee ecological assessments, analyse ecological data and create clear and concise reports.

What's Required? The ideal Senior Ecologist / Ecological Consultant will have the following skills and experience: A minimum Level 3 NQF in arboriculture - Ideally within a client-facing / consultancy type role A deep understanding of local and national environmental laws & policies Demonstrated prior experience in managing protected habitats and species, including obtaining necessary licences and negotiating with regulatory bodies.

A full UK-driving licence Specific BNG (Biotic Naturalness Gradient) skills including knowledge of GIS & remote sensing, proficiency in field sampling methods and an understanding of ecological gradients would be highly desirable The Company The successful Arboricultural Consultant will join a leading an well-established natural environment consultancy whose mission is to educate and support their clientele in how to protect our natural environment.

The work pattern in place is hybrid, predominantly working in a home-based capacity conducting site-visits as and when needed; though office space is available should it be required / wanted.
