Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join a RIBA charted practice who provide their specialist expertise to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Architect to hit the ground running for their team based in Suffolk.

To be successful in applying for the role of Architect, you will need to be an ARB registered Architect with strong post qualification experience within a UK practice. The successful individual will need to have completed their RIBA Part 3 qualification as well as needing to be able to demonstrate proficiency with Vectorworks. The successful individual will need to have a background in working on projects within the residential sector.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architect:

• ARB Registered
• Successfully completed you RIBA part 3 qualification
• Strong post qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
• Proficient with Vectorworks
• Experience managing complex projects within the residential sector
• Strong detailing and drawing skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Thornden area
