Equation Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an employer for an experienced Architect to join a leading design-driven architecture practice based in Dublin. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across high-profile and culturally significant projects in Ireland, including masterplanning, public realm, and visitor attractions.

- Deliver technically sound architectural designs across all RIBA/RIAI stages

- Lead project delivery and coordinate multidisciplinary teams

- Communicate design concepts clearly and effectively

- Ensure full compliance with technical standards and building regulations

- Liaise with contractors and stakeholders, including on-site presence as needed

- RIAI, RIBA or RIAS registration

- 3+ years' post-qualification experience

- Proficiency in Revit (preferred) and CAD/BIM

- Strong technical understanding and product specification knowledge

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to manage time, teams and resources effectively

* Salary: Up to €55,000 per annum depending on experience

* 25 days annual leave (rising with service) + duvet day
