Job Description - Architect

Project Architect
Berkshire | Circa £45,000

Want to design homes that make a difference? Love the idea of working one-to-one with clients who value great design?

As an Architect in this role, you’ll work on beautifully crafted private homes, often with a Passivhaus focus. You’ll be trusted to lead projects from day one, guiding homeowners through the process and delivering spaces that feel as good as they look.

Own projects from concept to completion - giving you control, creative freedom, and clear accountability.
Shape sustainable, energy-efficient homes - meaningful work that lasts.
Build real relationships with clients - helping them feel informed, excited, and supported every step of the way.

What you’ll bring:

Experience as a qualified Architect working on private homes.
A portfolio that shows real design talent and attention to detail.
Confidence leading projects and coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors.
Strong communication skills and the ability to put clients at ease.
Solid knowledge of UK planning and construction processes.
A flair for both creativity and delivery.
