Salary: £40-46,000 (dependent on experience)

A well-established and design-led architectural practice is seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join their dynamic team in Preston. The practice has a rich heritage and a diverse portfolio, and is recognised for delivering thoughtful and technically accomplished architecture across the education, healthcare, conservation and commercial sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support design development across all RIBA stages
• Prepare and coordinate detailed construction information and specifications
• Manage project delivery, including contract administration and site inspections
• Liaise effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams
• Contribute to planning applications, feasibility studies and design reports

Requirements:

• ARB-registered Architect with UK experience across education projects
• Strong design and technical skills with proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in sectors such as education, healthcare, or conservation is highly advantageous
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• A proactive attitude and a collaborative mindset
• Revit proficiency is beneficial
