Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a RIBA chartered practice who offer 45 years of expertise to the commercial, education, and conservation sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced and talented Architect to hit the ground running for their studio in Kelsall.

Duties for the role of Architect include:

• Lead Conservation projects through all RIBA work stages
• Liaise alongside clients and other members of the teams
• Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit
• Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
• Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentations

Skills and experience for the role of Architect:

• ARB Registered
• Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
• Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential
• Proficiency with Revit is advantageous
• Experience working on conservation and listed building projects
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent detailing and drawing skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Live within a commutable distance to the Kelsall area
