A dynamic and design-led architectural studio based in the heart of Altrincham is seeking a talented and ambitious Architect to join its growing team. Responsibilities:

• Lead and support design development on commercial projects
• Produce planning, tender and construction packages using ArchiCAD
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
• Attend client and site meetings
• Support junior team members and contribute to studio culture

Skills and Experience:

• ARB registered Architect with sufficient post-Part III experience
• Strong design and technical ability with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in ArchiCAD
• Experience working on UK commercial projects
• Confident communicator with strong presentation and coordination skills
• Knowledge of UK planning and building regulations essential
