We are partnering with a progressive and growing architecture studio that is looking for a driven and skilled Architect to become an integral part of their talented team in Essex. This role provides full involvement across all RIBA Work Stages, a clear framework for career progression, and the opportunity to grow into a senior leadership position in the future.

Your Role Will Include:

• Conducting site visits and attending client meetings to capture project requirements

• Producing and submitting detailed 2D and 3D design proposals for planning approvals

• Liaising with external consultants to ensure coordinated project execution

• Creating technical packages for Building Regulations compliance

• Representing the firm at industry events and networking gatherings

• Engaging with potential clients and responding to new project opportunities

• Managing multiple projects and deadlines autonomously

• Supporting the director with operational tasks and office administration

What We're Looking For:

• Registered Architect with ARB accreditation

• Solid background in residential projects, with strong capability across RIBA Stages 0-4

• Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign

• Thorough understanding of Planning Policy and Building Regulations

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong planning and time management abilities

• Comfortable and confident in both client-facing and networking scenarios
