Job Description:
After an extended period of growth a practice in Newport are looking to add an Architect or Architectural Assistant Part II to their team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Healthcare, MOD, or Education sectors and be proficient in using Revit.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate on projects from initial concept through to completion.
Utilise Revit to produce high-quality architectural designs and documentation.
Work closely with clients, consultants, and other team members to ensure project success.
Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations specific to Healthcare, MOD, or Education sectors.
Qualifications:
Recently qualified Architect or Part II Architectural Assistant.
Proven experience in the Healthcare, MOD, or Education sectors.
Proficiency in Revit is essential.
Strong design and technical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
