Architect - Contract Position (Outside IR35)

Role: Chartered Architect

Location: Northwest

Contract Duration: 12 months

Working pattern: Hybrid

Company Overview:

Our client, a reputable multidisciplinary consultancy based in the Northwest, are currently seeking an experienced chartered architect on a contract basis and will need someone for 12-month initial period. This consultancy delivers and design extensive projects with a large focus on MOD/Nuclear.

Role Overview:

As an Architect, you will have a passion for high level design with previous architecture experience in nuclear/MOD projects on a variety of scale and having security clearance. The client is very busy with an increase on workload with an expectancy of years of work for particular projects.

Essential requirements

Proficient in using the relevant software – Revit.

Nuclear/MOD experience ideally with security clearance.

Varied experience working on RIBA stages – concept to delivery.

Significant experience post part 3.

Desirable:

Registered with the Architect's Registration Board (ARB)
