  • Ensure design compliance with planning policy, building regulations, and client objectives.

  • Act as lead architect on selected projects, taking professional responsibility where required.

  • Collaborate with structural, MEP, and specialist design teams throughout the project lifecycle.

BIM Coordination

  • Proficient use of ACC Docs, Model Coordination, and Design Collaboration.

  • Manage cloud‑based CDE environments including permissions, versioning, structured folders, and model publishing.

  • Prepare and publish Revit models for coordination, review packages, and design collaboration workflows.

  • Lead issue management, change tracking, model reporting, and cross‑team communication.

  • Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models within cloud platforms to maintain a single source of truth.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders through design meetings and workshops.

  • Lead client communication and relationship management.

  • Ensure deliverables meet deadlines, quality expectations, and project scope.

  • Support project managers in planning, programme coordination, and delivery.

  • Coordinate UK front‑office activities with back‑office production teams in Spain.

  • Manage local partners and subcontractor relationships.

Commercial Support

  • Provide technical expertise during business development activities.

  • Manage and present BIM capabilities during commercial meetings.

Qualifications

  • Registered Architect with the Architects Registration Board (ARB).

  • Ideally a Chartered Member of RIBA or working toward chartership.

  • Degree in Architecture (RIBA Parts 1, 2 and 3 or equivalent).

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Demonstratable professional architectural experience.

  • Experience delivering design‑led projects.

  • Strong working knowledge of BIM environments and collaboration workflows.
