Architect OR Technician

My client is looking for a technically proficient Architectural Technician, Architectural Technologist, or Architect with strong Revit skills to work with them for 6 weeks. The successful candidate will play a key role in the technical delivery of a Commercial project producing high-quality drawing packages and coordinating information through the detailed design and construction phases.

Key Responsibilities

Produce detailed technical drawing packages using Revit.
Lead and contribute to the delivery of projects through RIBA Stage 4 (Technical Design).
Prepare coordinated construction information suitable for tender and construction.
Coordinate architectural information with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants.
Ensure projects comply with current Building Regulations, planning requirements, and relevant British Standards.
Resolve technical design challenges and develop practical, buildable solutions.
Attend design team meetings and liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants.
Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and technical coordination throughout project delivery.

Skills & Experience

Essential

Strong proficiency in Revit with the ability to produce detailed technical information.
Proven experience delivering projects through RIBA Stage 4.
Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge.
Sound understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methodologies.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
